That won’t help as Google SEO (so I am assuming adwords is the same) only really scans the top 1/3 of a page.
SEO Tip: this means when choosing a Wordpress template, find ones that have the page content near the top.

Yeah, you will get a “Google Slap” since your landing page is a violation of Google’s TOS as it is acting as a “bridge page”

Not a bad idea, however you will have a problem with your landing page and the Quality Score. The landing page would not be relevant to the advert keywords.
