Posted by: | CommentsWell, I have several web directories and running Text Link Ads. Recently, BofA bought a link from my directory and T-Mobile bought a text link ad on one of my site. Of course, they hired SEO Firm, but why do they need SEO for their site?. Wondering how much they paying these guys to go around buy some text links? Anyway, it feels good because I have Fortune 500 company link in my directory.Â
Lesson Learned from My Latest Inshore Fishing Trip.
Posted by: | CommentsI just went to Inshore Fishing trip to Delaware Inlet. It was kinda bad day for fishing because of weather. It was ok weather at 4:00am but there was thurnderstorm forcast, however, there was no thurnderstorm but start raining around 10:00am then rain got heavy. Many anglers were not catching any fish including me for long time. I usually stay in one spot, use one bait and same hook. However, I decided to change fishing spots, way to throw, distance, way to hook the bait, using different baits, and have little more patient. Result, I caught around 20 fishes and 3 were keepers. That’s really good number for inshore fishing(today we are having less fish than ever) and it is the most fish I caught in inshore.
Lesson learned:
- Test, Test. Try everything you can think of.
- Test the test results. – I looked at the how fish bites my baits and try hook baits differently.
- Test more
- And Patient
- Got to face tough situation – Heavy rain and I did not have rain coat with me(it is summer and I thought weather will be warm)
- Prepare for emergency, backup plan – always prepare – it is extra step that;s why I did not have my rain coat. I knew there was thurnderstore forecast but I did not listen weather station.
Well, I got soaked, but trip was good. I learned something and fishes for dinner and release my stress from work and my venture – Priceless.
My Azoogle May Performance
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I started little aggressive PPC Camaigns for Azoogle affiliate programs(mostly ringtones). Had several incidents with keywords(free, bonus, complimentary, and gratis) but it was ok in May. Got around $2060, spend around $700 which I think it is ok ROI. Now I need to learn how to track traffics and keywords that convert better than others. Ringtone is tough because of competition and recent tight up policies, but still can make some profit out of it.
I tried dating, blockbuster but it wasn’t work for me. My June target is breaking $3000 mark. Study your competitors.
I could not get into Adwords because of QS(quality score). I need to work with Adwords, so I could reach my goal.

YPN Disabled Ad Target

Due to the quality of the leads generated from your sites, we have disabled the use of Ad Targeting for your account. You may continue to display contextually-matched ads that Yahoo! serves, however, the matching suggestions provided by the use of Ad Targeting will not be utilized.
Well, YPN Never target for my sites, that’s why lead is poor. They never did good job on targeting like Big G. Now they telling me my lead is not good. Well, no wonder YPN is still in Beta stage.
So, what now? My avg RPC(Rate per Click) is dropped from $.55 to $.15. $.15 per click is not bad compare to other contextual programs, but YPN ads still has much lower CTR than Adsense which I am testing other contextual programs.

Advertiser Lens.com has noticed that you have driven 2,297 clicks with no impressions and no commissioned transactions so far this year.
Then I shut down the site which ran Lens.com affiliate program because I thought it was just lots of clicks from one of small visitors, CJ reply my email with this crap sucker answer,
We will have to decline payment for this month and recheck the traffic in a bit.
Isn’t that a whole point of CPA, getting clicks and complete transaction? If it was CPC, I understatnd there is a issue, but I just don’t get it that CJ hold my commissions from Other Vendors.Â

Well, after several emails, got this one from CJ..CJ Holding not decline..hmm what a difference.
The commissions are still there. They are still part of your overall balance. It
just means that the payout this month was declined, and if things look good in June which I hope they will then that payout will include what was not paid out this month.

Posted by: | CommentsI just surf through Jonh Chow’s blog today and he posted about new programs from Text-Links-Ads.com, Post Level Text Link Ads. With their plug-in(WordPress only), I could sell one text link on each blog post. Compare to v7n.com program, it is paid in monthly instead of $20 one time. If you have decent PR blog with some traffic, your blog might generate extra income. It looks like you could buy $5-$10 per link per month per blog post if you need to build some backlinks. Process is much easier than other textlink selling program. Check them out, if you do not have account, they still have $100 free link promotion. I got approve one of blogs and got around 100 posts are up I guess(I think they only approve with PR1+ posts).
My 1st Quarter Earning from web sites
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I do not have exact figure, but 1st quarter was pretty good because one of my site ranked #2-#3 on good keywords. Site used to make around $50 per day then it Jumped to $100 per day from one site. Organic traffic is just amazing. After month, I sold site recently..175 % ROI without earning from adsense. I mean there is no other investment work like this.
Now, my main sites are gone..I am starting working my ass off to next money makers..

Godaddy has $.99 for .info domain. If you register 3+ domains at one time, godday give private register for free as well. Jon makes around $50k net from his 2000 open & foget sites. From his comments, he just registered another 3000 .info domains.
I registering around 20-30 .info per day last 2 days and I created 10 blogs. It takes time to setup blog, theme, and put adsense, auctionads from shoemoney.
Theory is simple..if each site makes around $2-$3 per month with 2000 blogs(lot of linkback from other blogs comments).
What I am doing is new sites, buying already indexed cheap blog from internet, and trying to registered aged, pr expired domains.
I will keep post what and result if there is any.
