After I browsing Sitepoint and I found QJ.net network is on sale for several million dollar as minimum bid. It is amazing network with great amount of contents and traffics. If you can pull out some money from investor, bank, or local angels, this will be great investment.

Yes folks, that’s right, QJ.net “The Quick Jump Network” is accepting buyout offers in the X,XXX,XXX to XX,XXX,XXX range.

Started in 2005, QJ.net is a profitable network of review and news websites making more than 60k per month with hardly any of the networks monetization potential tapped. There is potential to monetize this network well into the mid xxx,xxx range with very little overhead.

QJ.net has top 1,000 Alexa rank World wide and rising and ranks the 381’st most popular domain in the USA as of 12-17-07.

Interesting tactics, I would contact to bigger network to sell it instead of posting Sitepoint. I am sure big Media company will buy this QJ Networks.

I just wondering why they spent $20 and put sale in Sitepoint.

However, once it gets going, you can start getting passive income. I will post when I find out how to setup profitable PPC campaigns.

If you search major ringtone keywords at Google, this one guy promoting Ringtone campaigns using several fake domains and direct Azoogle links. This guy ads filled up 1st and 2nd page. I can not believe it is still going on and Azoogle let it happens. My guess is he create tons of adwords accounts with one time credit card #s with $200 or $100 voucher and start bidding $4 per click. Well, what the hell, he massing up the ringtone keywords bidding for sure. Where is common sense and business ethic or is such thing exist in internet business world?

I know there is a lot of web masters think myspace related sites are crap, traffics are not great, well think again. This 17 years old girl make $70,000 per month from her myspace layout site and she got offer $1.5 million for her site, but she did not take the offer.

FastCompany published her story.

At 17 going on 37 (at least), Ashley is very much an Internet professional. In the less than two years since Whateverlife took off, she has dropped out of high school, bought a house, helped launch artists such as Lily Allen, and rejected offers to buy her young company. Although Ashley was flattered to be offered $1.5 million and a car of her choice–as long as the price tag wasn’t more than $100,000–she responded, in effect, Whatever. “I don’t even have my license yet,” she says.

Now, who’s been denying Myspace Stuff Sites and traffic quality is poor, think again. I hope she come up with better monetizing with site and make more money.

Is it too late? Well, I think market is very competitive, but once you in, you will get tons of traffics and money. Key is patient and keep build backlinks.

Well, but for now, it is only working with iPhones, however, they might go after other phones, carriers.

The ringtones business represents an important new source of revenue for the music industry. U.S. ringtones revenues topped $600 million in 2006, up from $68 million in 2003, according to BMI, a collection society for songwriters and publishers.

Worldwide ringtones sales totaled $3.5 billion last year, according to London’s ARC Group, a research firm that tracks the telecom industry.

Apple is the leading retailer of digital music worldwide, selling more than 3 billion song downloads since the launch of iTunes in 2003.

Apple’s ringers are expected to be only compatible with the recently launched iPhone.

Just like any business, you do not have to create wheels to make money. You just need improve existing idea and make it better to make money. Not everybody can come up with multimillion dollar idea, so borrow one you like and make sure you could make it better.

For example, I am currently borrowing someone’s another million dollar web site idea which looks good at least to me and I am trying to copy over and make it little better. I will post original site and mine later when I complete my site which is around 80% done.

Looks like Google Updating Their Page Rank and it will last next 1-2 month I guess. I have not see any PR changes in my networks yet but I saw several posts at DigitalPoint Forum.

Let say if you start new site and you want to get indexed in Google within 48 hours? Buy PR5+ Link or Blog Review your site. Your site will get indexed very fast. Google is not recommending to buy link but you need a link from similar topic site. Either link exchange but for new site, your chance is very slim so buy a link or post is easiest, but it works better when site has same topics to your site.

Last Update, I picked up expired domain(8+ year old) and I setup as a web directory. Time was perfect. I bought a PR8 webmaster sub page link, boom, I got PR4 on main page, PR6 on other sub page. The several sites I listed on that directory got PR5 and it was all new blogs. In other case, I bought another PR8 link recently for better SERP, but it won;t do crap. Waste money. So, I am saying buy a good high pr link helps your site(decent money when you are selling links) and PR8s are not create equally.

For High PR link, you should ask where is the backlinks coming from to the seller so you will get some idea how good quality that PR8 is.
