Guess What. After I post previous post about Baltimore SEO, DC Seo, and Baltimore Web Marketing Keyword Testing with my blog posts, not just post got indexed within 6 hours and my blog is #1 in Baltimore SEO keyword, jump up 1 more in DC SEO, and showing up page 3(32nd) for Baltimore Web Marketing. Isn’t this just amazing?
So, it is important to choose title keywords when you write your blog or contents for your web page.
Now, I like to test with DC Web Marketing keyword. This is fun. I guess there is more search on DC than Baltimore meaning more competition but it is easier than compete with just web marketing keyword. Be local or sub-niche might works better if you are starting out.

Well, after I post first Baltimore SEO Meeting, this blog ranked #2 on “Baltimore SEO” on google which draw no traffic however it is fun to watch how your blog get indexed within Google Search.
After Second Post about SEO meetup with title “Baltimore-DC SEO” instead of just Baltimore SEO(I did it on purpose to test), Baltimore SEO rank dropped to 2nd page but blog showed up 4th in keyword “DC SEO” which I thought it is interesting how my post get indexed. DC SEO gets some search so it is good. I am writing this because I like to test keyword “Baltimore Web Marketing“. I want to see it will ever get indexed and ranked well for this keyword.
So, Conclusion is search keywords without any or little competitions eventhough keyword has little search, it is so easy to rank well and you might pull good amount of organic traffic if you can find many low key keywords.

I just wondering how local targeted web site would do and I just registered two domain names and setup as a web directory. One is Baltimore Web Directory and other one is Baltimore Web Designer Bid Directory.
I will need to hire someone to do logo and headers for both site and will add some Baltimore related contents, then I will start promoting site. I will start off buy some baltimore related blog text links from
.
I searched already and they have some good authority sites about baltimore. Why did I choose directory? because it is free, easy to build, and it can make some decent money. I am not after huge money but I wish I could get some relationship with local small business site owners. I also will not charge anything for governments, non-profit organizations to list my directories.

We had Baltimore-DC SEO meeting Tonight at ConerStone Office which is right behind Camden Yard(Orioles Home Stadium). Office is just amazingly organized, clean which I expected from Good Web Solution Firm. I met several new people from guru to starter. We discussed about Web Directories. Is it worth to buy links, then which directory is worth the money? My Opinion is good and decent directory links are help to build good backlinks. I am more toward to Backlinks instead of heavy SEO web sites. I think Basic SEO with good backlinks works better than spend all the energy and resources to SEO then build links. I think there is no right answer because sometime one works better than other way, so conclusion, TESTING. Then We headed to nearby pub and chit chat about web business and stuff. Another great time with bunch of professionals. Seems like meeting gets structure and will have more good sessions about web marketing near future.
I will bring Camera next time and I will post some pictures.
If you want to join the meeting, Check Baltimore-DC SEO Groupfor next meeting. Thanks to meeting organizer, Jon, who owns web marketing firm, Ephricon Web Marketing, LLC.

I know there is a lot of web masters think myspace related sites are crap, traffics are not great, well think again. This 17 years old girl make $70,000 per month from her myspace layout site and she got offer $1.5 million for her site, but she did not take the offer.
FastCompany published her story.
At 17 going on 37 (at least), Ashley is very much an Internet professional. In the less than two years since Whateverlife took off, she has dropped out of high school, bought a house, helped launch artists such as Lily Allen, and rejected offers to buy her young company. Although Ashley was flattered to be offered $1.5 million and a car of her choice–as long as the price tag wasn’t more than $100,000–she responded, in effect, Whatever.
“I don’t even have my license yet,” she says.

Now, who’s been denying Myspace Stuff Sites and traffic quality is poor, think again. I hope she come up with better monetizing with site and make more money.
Is it too late? Well, I think market is very competitive, but once you in, you will get tons of traffics and money. Key is patient and keep build backlinks.
